This is the restaurant of Chef Koichi Hashimoto, who trained at establishments such as Spain's El Bulli and Martín Berasategui. Recently, he served as head chef at Mandarin Oriental Tokyo's Tapas Molecular Bar. Enjoy a meal filled with emotion and surprise. Located about an 8-minute walk from Yoyogi-Uehara Station, you can relax in a quiet and upscale residential area.

~Menu Details~ Our course consists of approximately 10 to 12 dishes featuring smaller portions including "snacks, appetizers, fish dishes, meat dishes, desserts," and more. A cake with a diameter of 9 centimeters will be prepared for dessert. For beverages, a separate order of either alcohol pairing or non-alcohol pairing is mandatory.
