This is the restaurant of Chef Koichi Hashimoto, who trained at establishments such as Spain's El Bulli and Martín Berasategui. Recently, he served as head chef at Mandarin Oriental Tokyo's Tapas Molecular Bar. Enjoy a meal filled with emotion and surprise. "We kindly request that you arrive at our restaurant by your reservation time." At our establishment, all courses start simultaneously. If you arrive late, your meal will be served from the current point in the course.
