A restaurant by Chef Koichi Hashimoto, who trained at Spain’s El Bulli and Martín Berasategui. Most recently, he served as Head Chef of the Tapas Molecular Bar at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo. Menu Details ・This is a course featuring approximately 10 to 12 small-portion dishes, including snacks, appetizers, fish dishes, meat dishes, and desserts. ・For dessert, we will prepare a cake with a diameter of 9 cm. ・Beverages must be ordered separately, with either an alcoholic pairing or a non-alcoholic pairing required. If you arrive late, your meal will be served from the current point in the course.
