At our restaurant, where we serve eel in the traditional Edomae style, live eel is first grilled without sauce, then steamed once, and carefully grilled again and again while being brushed with our secret sauce. This seiro gozen features exquisite eel, meticulously grilled and coated with our secret sauce, paired with beautifully colored shredded egg that whets the appetite. This is our special gozen served with one and a half whole eels.
