About Course Menu
At our restaurant, we prepare eel in the traditional Edo-style method. Live eel is first grilled without sauce, then steamed once, and carefully finished by repeatedly brushing it with our secret sauce. This is the Take set meal, featuring half an eel. Please enjoy our exquisite eel rice bowl, topped with carefully grilled eel glazed with our secret sauce.
