About Course Menu
At our restaurant, we prepare eel in the traditional Edomae style, starting with live eel that is grilled without sauce, steamed once, then carefully finished over the flame while being repeatedly brushed with our secret sauce. This seiro gozen features superb eel, meticulously grilled and glazed with our secret sauce, paired with beautifully colored shredded egg for an especially appetizing presentation.
