At our restaurant, we prepare eel in the traditional Edomae style. Live eel is first grilled without sauce, then steamed once, and carefully grilled again and again while being brushed with our secret sauce. This seiro gozen features exquisite eel, meticulously grilled and glazed with our secret sauce, along with vividly colored shredded egg that whets the appetite.
