About Course Menu

At our restaurant, we prepare eel in the traditional Edo-style method. Live eel is first grilled without sauce, then steamed once, and carefully finished on the grill with repeated brushings of our secret sauce. This seiro gozen features superb eel, meticulously grilled and glazed with our secret sauce, paired with vibrant shredded egg that whets the appetite. This is our special gozen served with one and a half whole eels.
