About Course Menu
At our restaurant, we prepare eel in the traditional Edomae style. Live eel is first grilled without sauce, then steamed once, and carefully grilled again and again while being brushed with our secret sauce. This seiro gozen features exquisitely grilled eel glazed with our secret sauce and beautifully colored shredded egg that whets the appetite. This is the Take Gozen, served with half an eel.
