A highly satisfying course that allows guests to indulge in the flavors of autumn with peace of mind for party organizers. In addition to our specialty rotisserie chicken, this seasonal course features a total of 9 dishes, including carpaccio of seasonal fish and saury confit. Guests can also enjoy a choice of pasta for added variety in flavor: peperoncino with autumn salmon and spinach / tomato sauce with tender braised pork belly and lotus root chips / lemon cream sauce with four kinds of mushrooms.
