About Course Menu
Since the reopening in March, we have been offering only an omakase course, but we have decided to introduce a day where you can enjoy a more casual dining experience. After the renewal, we have cherished the time for you to savor each dish carefully. However, we have also received many requests such as "I want to enjoy each dish like before" and "I would like to visit with my children," which made me feel a bit frustrated as well. Once a week, we hope to welcome more guests to Koruta through an à la carte service day. The menu will be based on the course content that changes monthly. We will also offer popular dishes and plates featuring seasonal ingredients.

Friday dinner features a unique style where you can order our monthly changing chef's choice course in an à la carte format. You can select your preferred dishes according to the mood or occasion. ※※ Please note that on Fridays, we operate with an à la carte menu only, and no courses are available. We appreciate your understanding. ※ As children are allowed to enter, the atmosphere may be slightly livelier than usual.
