Cortesia means kindness and thoughtfulness in Italian. We aim to create a restaurant where you can feel the wind and sun of Apulia in Southern Italy, and where dining naturally brings joy to your body, enriching both body and mind. Enjoy simple dishes made with ingredients from Apulia and natural, comfortable service in a bright and warm atmosphere. Apulian cuisine deeply impressed Chef Ebe during his training in Italy. It is rustic and simple, but its natural flavors, brought out by seasonal ingredients, permeate the body.
