A casual seven-course set featuring items such as Straw-Grilled Fatty Bonito. Seared all at once over a straw fire to lock in its rich flavor, our bonito is truly exceptional. Cut into thick slices in authentic style, our bonito is full of umami, and with each bite, the fragrant smoky aroma of straw spreads across the palate. Includes 3 hours of all-you-can-drink. *On Fridays, Saturdays, and the day before public holidays from November onward, the all-you-can-drink period is 2 hours (last order 30 minutes before).
