Course Reservation Cancellation Policy For reservations of 1 guest or more, the following cancellation policy applies. If cancellation or a change in the number of guests (reduction) is made after the deadline, the prescribed cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation of Course Reservations ・Standard: 100% of the course price from 12:00 AM 2 days prior to the reservation date ・For 10 guests or more: 100% of the course price from 12:00 AM 14 days prior to the reservation date Changes in Number of Guests (Reduction) ・For 10 guests or more: Changes accepted until 12:00 AM 14 days prior to the reservation date. After that, 100% of the course price will be charged for each reduced guest. ・For 4 to 9 guests: Changes accepted until 12:00 AM 7 days prior to the reservation date. After that, 100% of the course price will be charged for each reduced guest. ・For 3 guests or fewer: Changes accepted until 11:00 PM on the day before the reservation date.
