Course Reservation Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy applies to reservations for 1 guest or more. If cancellation or a change in the number of guests (reduction) is made after the deadline, the prescribed cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation of Course Reservations
・Standard: 100% of the course price from 0:00 2 days before the reservation date
・For parties of 10 or more: 100% of the course price from 0:00 14 days before the reservation date
Changes in Number of Guests (Reduction)
・For parties of 10 or more: Changes accepted until 0:00 14 days before the reservation date. After that, 100% of the course price for the reduced number of guests will be charged.
・For parties of 4 to 9: Changes accepted until 0:00 7 days before the reservation date. After that, 100% of the course price for the reduced number of guests will be charged.
・For parties of 3 or fewer: Changes accepted until 23:00 on the day before the reservation date. After that, 100% of the course price for the reduced number of guests will be charged.
Seat-Only Reservation Cancellation Policy
