When making a reservation for a course: A 100% cancellation fee will be charged after midnight on the day of the reservation. For 8 or more people, a 50% fee will apply after midnight, two days prior. For 10 or more people, a 50% fee will apply after midnight, seven days prior. For 20 or more people, a 50% fee will apply after midnight, fourteen days prior. For private bookings, a 50% fee will apply after midnight, one month prior. * Changes to the number of people are free if made by 9 p.m. the day before, up to a change of three people. * If the number of people increases suddenly, there may not be enough seats available, or seating adjustments may be necessary.
