Located in a serene residential area at the foot of Mt. Zao, reminiscent of Swiss ski resorts where Mr. Suzuki trained. Suzuki realized once again the abundance of Yamagata's ingredients, and decided to open his own restaurant in this area after returning. Please enjoy the finest dining experience.
