A hearty, stamina-boosting course centered on exquisite Korean motsunabe, featuring tender beef offal and a rich, deeply flavorful broth. The offal used is fresh domestic Japanese Black beef offal. To finish, choose from ramen or cheese risotto for a satisfying end to the meal.
