We may not be able to prepare a seat if the deadline is exceeded. ※For cancellations on the day, the points entered may not be refundable. ※If we cannot confirm your reservation at the time of your visit, it might be treated as a cancellation. Please understand. ※Please be aware that we may not be able to honor seating preferences, even if contacted. ※We may impose time limits on your stay depending on the congestion in the store. ※If you wish to reserve a time or number of people exceeding what is displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. When visiting, please be sure to arrive at the time selected during reservation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled. If any changes or cancellations are made on the day, please contact the store.

1. When visiting, please inform our staff that you have a reservation through PayPay Gourmet, along with your name. 2. When paying, please show our staff the reservation screen (which shows point usage). *If you do not mention it, we will not be able to apply the discount. 3. Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Takeout reservations cannot be made from PayPay Gourmet. For takeout, please contact us by phone or order directly at the store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
