If this deadline is exceeded, we may not be able to prepare a seat. * In the case of a cancellation on the day, the points you have entered may not be refundable. * If we cannot confirm the reservation upon your visit, it may be treated as a cancellation. Thank you for your understanding. * Please be informed that we may not be able to accommodate seat requests, even if contacted. * Depending on the congestion in the store, we may limit your stay time. * If you wish to make a reservation for more than the time/number of people displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please be sure to arrive at the time you selected when making the reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be canceled. If you make changes or cancellations on the day of the reservation, please contact the restaurant.

Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Takeout reservations cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. For takeout, please contact us by phone or place your order directly at the store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
