If the deadline is exceeded, we may not be able to prepare seats for you. ※ In the case of cancellation on the same day, the entered points may not be refunded. ※ If we cannot confirm your reservation at the time of your visit, it may be considered as a cancellation. Please understand this in advance. ※ Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seat preferences. ※ Depending on the congestion inside the store, the stay time may be limited. ※ If you wish to make a reservation for a time/number of people beyond what is displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please be sure to arrive at the time selected at the time of reservation when you visit. If more than 15 minutes have passed since the arrival time, the reservation will be canceled. If you make changes or cancel on the day, please contact the store.

Points will be awarded based on the number of people specified at the time of reservation. 4. Take-out reservations cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. For take-out, please contact us by phone or place your order directly in-store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
