If the deadline is exceeded, we may not be able to prepare a seat for you. ※ In the event of a same-day cancellation, the points entered may not be refundable. ※ If we are unable to confirm your reservation upon your arrival, there is a possibility it will be treated as a cancellation. Thank you for your understanding. ※ Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your requests regarding seat preferences. ※ Depending on the congestion in the restaurant, we may need to limit your stay. ※ If you wish to make a reservation for more than the number of times and people displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please be sure to arrive at the time selected at the time of reservation when you visit. If 15 minutes have passed after the reserved time, your reservation will be canceled. If you change or cancel your reservation on the day of your visit, please contact the restaurant.

Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Takeout reservations cannot be made via PayPay Gourmet. For takeout, please contact us by phone or order directly at the store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
