Please make any changes to the number of people by the day before. If you exceed the deadline, we may not be able to prepare your seats. Please note that if you cancel on the day of your reservation, the points you entered may not be refunded. If we cannot confirm your reservation when you arrive, it may be considered canceled. Thank you for your understanding. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your seating preferences even if you contact us. We may have to limit your stay depending on the congestion in the restaurant. If you wish to make a reservation for more people or a different time than displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the restaurant directly. Please make sure to visit at the time you selected when making your reservation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be canceled. If you make changes or cancel on the day, please contact the restaurant.

Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Reservations for takeout cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. For takeout, please contact us by phone or place your order directly at the store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
