If the deadline is exceeded, a seat may not be available. * In the case of a cancellation on the day, the points entered may not be refundable. * If we cannot confirm your reservation upon your arrival, it may be considered a cancellation. Please understand. * Please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate any seating requests even if you contact us. * Depending on the congestion within the store, we may limit the duration of your stay. * If you wish to make a reservation for more time or people than displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please make sure to arrive at the time selected during your reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be cancelled. If you change or cancel your reservation on the day, please contact the store.

1. Please inform our staff that you have a reservation through PayPay Gourmet and provide your name when visiting our store. 2. At the time of payment, please show our staff the reservation screen (the screen indicating point usage). *If you do not inform us, we will not be able to apply discounts. 3. Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Reservations for takeout cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. For takeout orders, please contact us by phone or place your order directly at the store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
