If the deadline is exceeded, we may not be able to prepare seats. ※ In the case of same-day cancellations, the points entered may not be refundable. ※ If we cannot confirm your reservation upon your arrival, it may be considered a cancellation. Thank you for your understanding. ※ Even if you contact us regarding your seating preference, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Thank you for your understanding. ※ Depending on the congestion inside the store, we may limit the duration of your stay. ※ If you wish to make a reservation for more than the time or number of people displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. When visiting, please be sure to arrive at the time selected during your reservation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled. If you make changes to or cancel a reservation on the day of your visit, please contact the store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
