Please understand this. ※ Please understand that even if you contact us regarding seat preferences, your request may not be accommodated. ※ Depending on the congestion in the store, we may need to limit your stay time. ※ If you wish to make a reservation for more than the time or number of people displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please be sure to visit at the time you selected when making the reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled. At the time of payment, please show the staff your reservation screen (the screen where points usage is shown). *If not requested, we may not be able to provide a discount. 3. Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Takeout reservations cannot be made via PayPay Gourmet. For takeout orders, please contact us by phone or order directly in-store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
