If the deadline is exceeded, we may not be able to prepare your seat. ※ In the event of a cancellation on the day, the points entered may not be returned. ※ If we cannot confirm your reservation upon arrival, your reservation may be considered canceled. We appreciate your understanding. ※ Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests related to seating preferences. ※ Depending on the congestion status inside the store, we may limit the duration of your stay. ※ If you wish to make a reservation with more time or people than displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please be sure to arrive at the time selected during your reservation when visiting. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled. If you make any changes or cancellations on the day, please contact the store.

Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Reservations for takeout cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. For takeout, please contact us by phone or place your order directly at the restaurant.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
