We may not be able to prepare your seats if the deadline is exceeded. * In the case of cancellations on the day, any points entered may not be refunded. * If we cannot confirm your reservation upon arrival, it may be considered canceled. Thank you for your understanding. * Kindly note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating requests even if you contact us. * Depending on the store's congestion, we may limit your stay time. * If you wish to reserve more than the time and number of people displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please be sure to arrive at the time selected when making your reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled. If you make any changes or cancellations on the day, please contact the store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
