Reservation for seating only. ============================== * Please note that we do not accept changes to points used or number of people at the storefront. * Please request any changes to the number of people by the day before. There may be cases where we cannot prepare seats if the deadline is exceeded. * Points entered may not be returned in the case of a same-day cancellation. * If we cannot confirm your reservation at the time of your visit, we may consider it as a cancellation. Thank you for your understanding. * Please understand that we might not be able to accommodate your seating preferences even if you contact us. * Depending on the congestion status in the store, we may limit your stay time. * If you wish to reserve for more than the time or number of people displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please ensure to visit the store at the time selected at the time of reservation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be cancelled. If you need to change or cancel your reservation on the day, please contact the store.

1. Upon your arrival, please inform the staff that your reservation was made through PayPay Gourmet, and provide your name. 2. At the time of payment, please show the staff the reservation screen (the screen showing points usage). *If you do not indicate this, we will not be able to apply any discounts. 3. Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Takeout reservations cannot be made via PayPay Gourmet. For takeout, please contact us by phone or place your order by visiting directly.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details. If we cannot contact you, the reservation may be canceled.
