If you exceed the deadline, we may not be able to prepare your seat. * In the case of same-day cancellations, the points you entered may not be returned. * If we cannot verify your reservation upon your arrival, we may treat it as a cancellation. We appreciate your understanding. * We may not be able to accommodate seating requests even if you contact us. We appreciate your understanding. * Depending on the crowd situation inside the restaurant, we may have to limit your stay time. * If you wish to make a reservation for more than the time or number of people displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please make sure to arrive at the time you selected when making the reservation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled. If you make changes to your reservation or cancel on the day, please contact the restaurant.
