If the deadline is exceeded, we may not be able to prepare your seats. * In case of cancellation on the day, the points entered may not be refunded. * If we are unable to confirm your reservation upon arrival, it may be considered canceled. Please be aware. * Please understand that even if you contact us with seat preferences, we may not be able to accommodate them. * Depending on the crowding situation inside the store, we may have to limit the stay time. * If you would like to make a reservation for more times or people than displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please be sure to arrive at the time selected at the time of reservation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be canceled. At the time of payment, please show the reservation screen (indicating point usage) to the staff. *If you do not mention this, we will not be able to apply any discounts. 3. Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Takeout reservations cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. For takeout, please contact us by phone or order directly at the store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
