We may not be able to prepare your table if the deadline is exceeded. * If you cancel on the day, points you entered may not be refunded. * If we cannot confirm your reservation upon your arrival, we may consider it a cancellation. Please understand this. * We may not be able to accommodate table preferences even if you contact us. Thank you for your understanding. * Depending on the level of congestion in the restaurant, we may limit your stay time. * If you wish to reserve a time or number of people that exceeds what is displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the restaurant directly. Please be sure to arrive at the time selected when booking. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will cancel your reservation. If you make changes or cancellations on the day, please contact the restaurant.

1. Upon arrival, please inform our staff that your reservation was made through PayPay Gourmet and provide your name. 2. At the time of payment, please show the reservation screen (the screen displaying point usage) to our staff. *If you do not present this, we will not be able to offer a discount. 3. Points will be granted based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Reservations for takeout cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. For takeout, please contact us by phone or order directly at the restaurant.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
