Please be sure to arrive at the time selected during the reservation when visiting. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled. During checkout, please show the reservation screen (the screen indicating point usage) to the staff. *If you do not present it, we may not be able to apply the discount. 3. Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Reservations for takeaway cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. For takeaway, please contact us by phone or place your order by visiting the store directly.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
