Please understand this. ※ Due to crowding conditions inside the store, we may need to limit your stay time. ※ If you wish to reserve for a time or number of people exceeding that displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please be sure to arrive at the time you selected at the time of reservation. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your reservation. If you make changes or cancel your reservation on the day of your visit, please contact the store.

1. When you visit the restaurant, please inform our staff of your reservation through PayPay Gourmet and provide your name. 2. At the time of payment, please present to our staff the reservation screen (the screen that shows point usage). *If you do not notify us, we will not be able to provide a discount. 3. Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. It is not possible to make takeaway reservations through PayPay Gourmet. For takeout, please contact us by phone or place your order directly in-store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
