If the deadline is exceeded, we may not be able to prepare your seats. ※In the case of same-day cancellations, the points entered may not be refundable. ※If we are unable to confirm your reservation upon arrival, your reservation may be considered canceled. Thank you for your understanding. ※Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests even if you contact us. ※Depending on how busy the restaurant is, we may need to limit your stay. ※If you wish to book for more time or people than displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please make sure to arrive at the time you selected when making the reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be canceled. If you make any changes or cancellations on the day, please contact the restaurant.

1. When visiting our restaurant, please inform the staff member that you made a reservation through PayPay Gourmet and provide your name. 2. At the time of payment, please show the staff the reservation screen (where point usage can be confirmed). Note that discounts cannot be applied if you do not inform us. 3. Points will be granted based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Reservations for takeout cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. For takeout orders, please contact us by phone or order directly at the restaurant.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
