If the deadline is exceeded, we may not be able to prepare your seats. ※ In case of cancellation on the day, the points entered may not be refundable. ※ If we cannot confirm the reservation upon your visit, there is a possibility that it will be considered a cancellation. We appreciate your understanding. ※ Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your seating preferences even if you contact us. ※ Depending on the congestion in the store, we may restrict your staying time. ※ If you wish to reserve for more time or people than what is displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please be sure to arrive at the time you selected at the time of reservation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will cancel the reservation. If you change or cancel your reservation on the day, please contact the store.

Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Reservations for takeout cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. For takeout, please contact us by phone or place an order directly in-store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details. If we cannot contact you, the reservation may be canceled.
