This is a reservation for seating only. ======================= * Please note that we do not accept changes in the number of points used at the counter or the number of people. * Please make any changes to the number of people by the day before. If you exceed the deadline, we may not be able to prepare a seat. * In the case of a cancellation on the day, the points you entered may not be refundable. * If we cannot confirm your reservation upon arrival, we may cancel your reservation. Thank you for your understanding. * We may not be able to accommodate your seat requests even if you contact us. Thank you for your understanding. * Depending on the congestion inside the store, we may limit the duration of your stay. * If you wish to make a reservation for more than the number of people or times displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please make sure to arrive at the time you selected at the time of reservation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes later, your reservation will be canceled. If you change or cancel your reservation on the day, please contact the store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
