This is a reservation for seating only. ======================================================= * Please note that we do not accept changes to the number of points used or the number of people at the store. * Please notify us of changes in the number of people by the day before. If it exceeds the deadline, we may not be able to provide a seat. * In the event of a same-day cancellation, the inputted points may not be refunded. * If we can't confirm your reservation upon arrival, it may be considered a cancellation. <Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
