If the deadline is exceeded, we may not be able to prepare your seating. ※ If you cancel on the same day, the points entered may not be refundable. ※ If we cannot confirm your reservation upon your visit, it may be treated as a cancellation. Thank you for your understanding. ※ Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests for specific seating. ※ Depending on the crowd in the store, we may limit your stay time. ※ If you wish to make a reservation for a time or number of people exceeding what is displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please be sure to arrive at the time selected when making your reservation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled. If you need to make changes or cancel the reservation on the day, please contact the store.

At the time of payment, please show the reservation screen (the screen that shows point usage) to the staff. ※ If you do not mention it, we will not be able to apply any discounts. 3. Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Reservations for takeout cannot be made via PayPay Gourmet. For takeout, please contact us by phone or place an order directly in-store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
