This is a reservation for seating only. ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝ * Please note that we do not accept changes to the number of people or the number of points used at the store. * Please make any changes to the number of people by the day before. If the deadline is exceeded, we may not be able to prepare the seating. * If you cancel on the day of the reservation, the points you entered may not be refunded. * If we cannot confirm the reservation upon your arrival, it may be considered a cancellation. Please understand this beforehand. * Requests regarding seating preferences may not be accommodated even if you contact us. We appreciate your understanding. * Depending on the level of congestion inside the restaurant, your stay might be limited. * If you wish to reserve for more time or people than displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please be sure to arrive at the time you selected during the reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be canceled. If you change or cancel your reservation on the same day, please contact the store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
