If the deadline is exceeded, we may not be able to prepare your seat. * In the case of a same-day cancellation, the points entered may not be returned. * If we cannot confirm your reservation upon arrival, it may be considered canceled. We appreciate your understanding. * Please understand that specific seating requests may not be accommodated, even if you contact us. * Depending on the store's congestion, your stay may be time-restricted. * If you wish to book for a time slot or number of guests that exceeds what is displayed on the reservation page, please contact the store directly. Please be sure to arrive at the selected time during your reservation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled. If you make any changes or cancellations on the day of your reservation, please contact the store.

1. When you visit the store, please inform the staff that you have a reservation via PayPay Gourmet, along with your name. 2. At the time of billing, please show the staff your reservation screen (a screen that shows point usage). *If you do not mention it, we will not be able to apply the discount. 3. Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Reservations for takeout cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. For takeout, please contact us by phone or place your order directly in-store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
