If the deadline is exceeded, we may not be able to prepare the seats. * In the case of same-day cancellations, the points entered may not be refunded. * If we cannot confirm your reservation at the time of your visit, we may consider it a cancellation. We appreciate your understanding. * We may not be able to accommodate requests for specific seating. Thank you for your understanding. * Depending on the level of crowding in the store, we may have to limit the duration of your stay. * If you wish to make a reservation for a time or number of people exceeding what is displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please ensure to arrive at the time selected when making the reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will cancel your reservation. If you change or cancel your reservation on the day of your visit, please contact the store.

When paying, please show the reservation screen (the screen showing point usage) to the staff. *If not presented, we cannot apply any discounts. 3. Points will be granted based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Takeout reservations cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. For takeout, please contact us by phone or place your order directly at the store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details. If we cannot contact you, the reservation may be canceled.
