If the deadline is exceeded, we may not be able to prepare your seats. *In case of cancellation on the day, the points entered may not be refundable. *If we cannot confirm your reservation when you arrive, it may be treated as a cancellation. Thank you for your understanding. *Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your seating preferences even if you contact us. *Depending on the level of congestion in the store, we may limit your length of stay. *If you wish to make a reservation for more than the time or number of people displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please be sure to arrive at the time selected when making your reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be canceled.
