Please be sure to visit at the time selected during reservation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled. 1. Please inform our staff that you have a reservation through PayPay Gourmet and provide your name upon arrival. 2. At the time of payment, please present the reservation screen (the screen showing point usage) to our staff. Note: If you do not notify us, we won't be able to apply the discount. 3. Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Takeout reservations cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. For takeout, please contact us by phone or order directly at the store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
