If you exceed the deadline, we might not be able to prepare your seats. * If you cancel on the same day, the points you have entered may not be refunded. * If we cannot confirm your reservation upon arrival, your booking may be considered canceled. We appreciate your understanding. * We may not be able to accommodate seating requests, even if you contact us. We appreciate your understanding. * Depending on the level of in-store congestion, we may need to restrict your stay duration. * If you wish to reserve more than the time and number of people displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please make sure to arrive at the time you selected when making the reservation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will cancel your reservation.
