Your reservation is for seating only. ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝ ※Please note that we do not accommodate changes in the number of people or point usage at the store. ※Please make any changes to the number of people by the day before. If you exceed the deadline, we may not be able to prepare your seats. ※In the case of a cancellation on the day, there may be instances where the points you entered cannot be returned. ※If we cannot confirm your reservation upon arrival, your reservation may be considered canceled. Please understand. ※Please be aware that we may not accommodate seating preferences, even if requested. ※Depending on the in-store crowding, we may have to limit your stay time. ※If you wish to reserve for a time or number of guests beyond what is displayed on the reservation screen, please directly contact the store. Please be sure to arrive at the time selected during your reservation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled. If you make changes or cancel your reservation on the day, please contact the store.

At checkout, please show your reservation screen (the screen indicating point usage) to the staff. *If not informed, we will not be able to offer a discount. 3. Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Reservations for takeout cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. For takeout, please contact us by phone or place your order directly in-store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
