If the deadline is exceeded, we may not be able to prepare a seat. *Points entered may not be refundable in the event of a same-day cancellation. *If we are unable to confirm your reservation upon arrival, it may be considered a cancellation. Please be aware of this. *We may not be able to accommodate special seating requests even if you contact us. Your understanding is appreciated. *Depending on the congestion in the store, we may impose a time limit on your stay. *If you want to reserve for more than the time or number of people displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please make sure to arrive at the time you selected when making your reservation. If more than 15 minutes have passed since your arrival time, we will cancel the reservation. If you make any changes or cancellations on the day, please contact the store.

At the time of payment, show the staff your reservation screen (the screen indicating point usage). *If not notified, discounts cannot be applied. 3. Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Reservations for takeout cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. For takeout, please contact us by phone or order directly in-store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
