If you exceed the deadline, we may not be able to prepare your seat. ※In case of cancellation on the day, the points entered may not be refunded. ※If we cannot confirm your booking upon arrival, we may treat it as canceled. Thank you for your understanding. ※Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your seating preferences even if contacted. ※Depending on the congestion inside the store, we may limit the length of stay. ※If you wish to reserve for times or quantities beyond those displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please be sure to arrive at the time you selected during reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will cancel your reservation. If you make changes or cancellations on the day of the reservation, please contact the store.

Points will be granted based on the number of people reserved at the time of booking. 4. Takeout reservations cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. <Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
