Reservations for seats only. ================================ * Please note that we do not accept changes to the number of points used or the number of people at the store. * Please make any changes to the number of people by the day before. If the deadline is exceeded, we may not be able to prepare your seats. * In case of cancellation on the day, the entered points may not be refunded. * If we cannot confirm your reservation upon your visit, we may consider it a cancellation. Please understand. * We may not be able to accommodate your seating preferences even if you contact us. Please understand. * Depending on the congestion in the store, we may limit your stay time. * If you wish to make a reservation for more than the time or number of people displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please be sure to arrive at the time selected when making your reservation. If more than 15 minutes have passed since your scheduled arrival time, your reservation will be canceled. If you make any changes or cancellations on the day of your reservation, please contact the store.
