If you exceed the deadline, we may not be able to prepare a seat. * In the case of same-day cancellations, the points entered may not be refundable. * If we cannot confirm your reservation upon arrival, your booking may be canceled. Please understand. * We may not be able to accommodate your seating preferences even if you contact us. Please understand. * Due to congestion within the store, we may limit your stay time. * If you would like to make a reservation for more time or people than what is displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please be sure to arrive at the time selected during your reservation. If you arrive 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled. If you make changes or cancel your reservation on the day of, please contact the store.

1. Please inform a staff member that your reservation is through PayPay Gourmet and provide your name upon arrival. 2. At the time of payment, show the staff member your reservation screen (the screen indicating point usage). *If not reported, discounts cannot be applied. 3. Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Takeout reservations cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. For takeout orders, please contact us by phone or place your order directly in-store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
